Hello everyone,

Many apologies to the 1 or 2 choir members who weren't able to access our choir meeting yesterday (Dec 6th) as the outside door had already been locked.

It is a condition of my hire agreement with Emmanuel church that I lock the external door at 7.15pm. However yesterday was one of the few occasions when I didn't ask someone to check the outside door again at 7.30pm.

Going forward, I will ensure that we always check the outside door at 7.30pm, in addition to keeping it open until 7.15pm.

Please remember that it is quite easy to walk a few yards up Watts Lane in order to knock on the windows of our hall (with blue blinds) which is on ground level at that side.

Whilst I am not allowed to let you in that way, we will at least know that you are there!

If anyone would like the further option of having my personal mobile number, in case you need to arrive after 7.15pm on a Friday, please let me know.

I look forward to seeing many of you next Friday (13th) for our final meeting before Christmas.
